    Thanks Chris, but i do not have that folder, i am aware of where it is supposed to be. I can’t understand why it isn’t there though, that is my issue.

    What a pain, That doesn’t make sense if you re-installed the BMD after installing APP – you should see it there.
    Maybe a call into BMD support will fix it?

    And if you’re looking for something to do while on the phone and/or before you call you can try the old:

    – Uninstall BMD Drivers
    – Trash Premiere’s Preferences and Settings
    – Optional (Do some OSX maintenance using Onyx to clear caches, repair permissions and such)
    – Reinstall BMD Drivers

    This worked for me: created black magic design timeline (unconfirmed if this is necessary) then under playback settings enabled Mercury transmit
