January 18, 2012 at 3:04 pmWhat a pain, That doesn’t make sense if you re-installed the BMD after installing APP – you should see it there.

January 18, 2012 at 3:28 pmAnd if you’re looking for something to do while on the phone and/or before you call you can try the old:
– Uninstall BMD Drivers
– Trash Premiere’s Preferences and Settings
– Optional (Do some OSX maintenance using Onyx to clear caches, repair permissions and such)
– Reinstall BMD DriversHope it works out!
