Premier Pro CS3 does not recognize Canopus ADVC-100
I am trying to get Premier Pro CS3 to export video through firewire to a canopus ADVC-100 box so I can then send it to a Beta SP recorder. I can do this with PP 2.0 on the same computer but not CS3. I tried this on both a computer with a Matrox card and one without and have the same result both times. It works with 2.0 and not CS3.

The sequence I have to use to export DV thru my A/D converter;
Open CS3, then turn on the converter. Windows will jump up and ask “What do you want to do?” Reply “Edit with Premiere Pro”.Also check Playback settings and even though “DV 29.97i” is selected in both “External devices”, reselect it.
