Pre-rendering and markers
If I pre-rendered a portion of video, would it still be possible to create separate markers within that rendering or must the entire pre-rendered portion be only 1 marker?

What makes you think that pre-rendered files have anything to do with Markers? I don’t believe their is any correlation. You can add as many markers as you want and it shouldn’t affect your pre-rendered files.
