    Hello Gentleman!
Is there any way to put out a movie from the premiere timline on a DigiBeta deck with to audio versions,
lets say: channel 1+2 for Stereo-german, 3+4 Stereo-english, embedded in SDI? How to setup Premiere/Decklink?
Can’t find anything about it in the decklink manual (btw, it needs an update).
Do I have to deal with the 5.1 audio setup (using FR+FL vor one version and RR+RL for the other)?
Thank you very much for any help!

    Hi Rahni
Yes you have to use the 5.1 mode..and yes you have to use the front and back.. Exporting to tape isnt the big issue. What gets me is capturing.. premeire dosent offer any ways to pan or split 5.1 captured wav. oh well that what we have to deal with now
    regards

    Hi Ray,

    Thanks for posting your information.

There is a brief paragraph regarding No batch capture of a 5.1-channel clip in the technical note named Premiere Pro 1.5.1 caveats with DeckLink v5.1 at https://www.blackmagic-design.com/support/detail.asp?techID=108.

Another related technical note is 5.1 Surround Sound Support which is located at https://www.blackmagic-design.com/support/detail.asp?techID=31.

Thanks, Rayk & Luke for your response!
I managed it anyhow, actually I had more problems with setting up the DIGI-beta machine (without a manual).

    best wishes from Berlin,
