PP will not import entire clip
When I import a clip from our server (folder has exact file structure of card) only part of the clip is imported.
Is there a quick fix or setting that will stop this?

Is the entire clip in that folder or is it spanned across a couple of folders? Using the Media Browser, select the clip, not the folder. Does that help?

Thanks for the response. But no it did not help. Entire clip of say :45 will open and play on VLC, but premiere only shows first :10.

What does the clip do in other Adobe apps? Import it into AE, Sg and Pl and see what happens.

Prelude only sees the first 9:15 of the :45 clip
After Effects sees the first 9:15 of :45 clip
