  PP CS6: how to replace easily a clip 1:1 in the timeline?

  I started a rough edit in CS6 with mts / AVCHD files from a Sony FS100. So far so good. After discussing with my client we decided to hand over the project to a Resolve colorist which means all mts files have to be converted and replaced by ProRes HQ. Is there a chance to automatize replacing procedure without stetting IN or OUT points, copying FX and retime settings of each clip manually? Thanks for your time!
