When using Premiere CS6 with my 2012 MBP, i was able to use the GPU from the MBP graphics. Since moving to PP CC, i’m now stuck with software only acceleration since the graphic card is not compatible. What’s up, i thought PP CC was suppose to improve my editing experience!!

What GPU is in the machine?

As long as the card meets some minimum spec requirements (RAM, etc) it should allow you to turn on GPU accelerated mode even f the card isn’t on the ‘approved’ list.

The card is on the approved list. It works fine under Adobe PP CS6 as stated in my message.

But when i turn on the GPU accelerated in PP CC, it says the card is not approved…must be a bug!

Same problem here. But I have the 512mb card version of the 2012 MBP. Maybe they only support the 1Gb, although in CS6 it works

Adobe’s RAM minimums are above 512 MB…but i don’t see why it wouldn’t work in CC if it worked in CS6…
