  PP CC 2014 choppy playback with Transmit enable

  With transmit enable sequence jumps frames. Smooth with transmit disabled. Jumps frames even in empty timeline. With MPE off its again smooth. It was working ok earlier.

  After a hardisk crash, freshly installed windows 7 SP1, latest Nvidia drivers. The same PP CC 2014 works fine on an another computer.
