There is software you can install that will record your screen into a QT file.
Or, get a hold of the orinal video and output the stills from the presentation and rebuild.

open up your power point presentation in Apples keynote and then export to a video file.

Very possible, right out of Power Point, export as Quick Time movie,
then import that video into FCP.
If you’re using PC version of Power Point you might not be able to do
it directly.
