Powerpoint Conversions to Vegas

Hello all:

I have a Powerpoint presentation containing 156 “slides”. Is it possible to import the entire slideshow into Vegas 5 or Vegas 6? I can convert each individual slide into a JPEG or GIF but this will take a bunch of time plus I’ll lose the timing. I’ve looked in the manual but can’t find any suggestions.

I would say Camtasia is your best bet (or Macromedia Captivate) for making a screen movie .avi file of the presentation, particularly if it has slide timings and animations.
