Powerbook G4 and Media Composer Software version
Has anyone had any experience/luck using the software version of MC on a G4 laptop 1Ghz or 1.33Ghz(with 756 megs or 1 gig Ram)? Is it even possible?
I know it won’t be “supported” by Avid, but does it still work/run? I am trying to hold off on buying a new computer(Apple) for awhile.

Did you ever get this to work on a Powerbook G4? I have the opportunity to get MC software 2.7 for a great deal. But I only have a Powerbook G4 for now (17-inch, 1.33 GHz, 2 GB RAM). did you find anyone running the MC v. 2.7 on a Powerbook successfully, even though a 1.33 GHz is not officially supported by Avid?
My system:
PowerBook G4 17″
1.33 GHz processor
2 GB RAM
Mac OS X 10.4.10
QuickTime Pro 7.2massachi
