Power Mac G5 takes what kind or memory?
Just bought a new g5, and am looking to put more ram in it. I belive this is the right serial number (PC2-5300F555-12-A0), but the only thing I can find close to that is PC2 5300. I sthis the same stuff? Because it doesn’t look like the ram I got from Apple out of the box. Please point me in the right direction or let me know if I am way off base. Thank you!

Go to http://www.crucial.com and follow their RAM path and you’ll know what you need. Buying RAM from them is a great idea too.
