    Posting Time and Date info on captured clips

    Dear Technical Support:

    I recently captured several tapes that contain the Time and Date information on the HV20 Canon camcorder display. When I capture the clips in Vegas this information does not appear. Is there a setting in Vegas that would could post this information on the captured clips?

    Hi,
    this is definitely not an offical technical support, but a forum to help people each other related to Vegas.
    So, you’re on the right way 😉

    To your question: I don’t know of a way to show the date/time as you ‘d like to. But Paul Glagla’s DVDate will do it for you.
    You’ll find it here: https://paul.glagla.free.fr/dvdate_en.htm

    It will show you the date/time info, also it can place it on top of video as inlay.
