    Posterize Time = Black Video

    I’m using Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 and DV footage on an XP system. As soon as I apply the Posterize time effect, the video turns black for that clip. Found a reference to CS3 having a problem applying the effect to reversed footage (which is actually what I was trying to do), but mine fails regardless of whether or not the footage is reversed. Works fine in AE, but I hate to pull out the big guns for this simple effect.

    Anybody else seeing this? Workarounds?

    I have the exact same problem.
    cs4, macintosh.

    since I like the look of that effect, it seems that the video looked better coming out from premiere 6.0 then from shiny cs4.

    help anyone?!
