Posterization fix?
Working with some footage from a 7D for a project and have noticed there is posterization in shots of the sky due to colour gradation. Is there a way to smooth this out? Any ideas? Plugins, work arounds?

You can make it less pronounced by adding a little noise. If you have after effects, you can draw a mask on an adjustment layer, and lay noise just over the sky.
