Post workflow suggestions for XDCAM HD422 series

Throwing a complete curve ball in there, because of some potential issues in obtaining the pro discs at the moment because of the factories being knocked out in the Japanese earthquake… Anybody used the AJA Ki Pro Mini with an f-800?

I ask as we are planning on delivering a harddrive with rushes back to the editor mid shoot, I was going to be up all night each night ingesting to FCP and essentially doubling up the memory usage on the harddrives Im going to have to take. We are also planning on hitting the edit as soon as the shoot finishes so what I have read about the AJA Ki Pro Mini seems to be a little too good?

Any ideas on how much Apple Pro Res 422 you can get onto a 32gb Compact Flash card? The only other limit I heard was that you cant span over to a second card..
