According to the Youtube Help Center, you can upload using any of these 4 formats: .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG

I myself, would go with either .MOV or .MPG.

Furthermore, best results are obtained by rendering your video with these settings:
– MPEG4 (Divx, Xvid) format
– 320×240 resolution
– MP3 audio
– 30 frames per second

Hi All,

I am rendering to MP4 for cellphone viewing but the audio does not play or is just a series of high pitch squeaks. The MP4 size 177×130 but I’m not sure what audio setting to use, any help?
