Post Processing Plug-Ins
Posted by Eric Brandle on February 5, 2013 at 6:00 pmDoes anyone know of any Third Party VST plug-ins that are good and go beyond what is currently available in Audition.
Thanks,

February 5, 2013 at 10:23 pmMy main concern would be noise reduction, but I was thinking broadly. I wanted to know if there was possibly a suite of products out there that had some interesting effects, better results or presented a better UI.

February 5, 2013 at 11:27 pmPlenty out there, some links below but it sounds like you’d be better off upgrading from Audacity to a more capable audio editor / DAW. What exactly do you do in Audacity, e.g. sound design, editing vocals, voiceovers, podcasts, music editing?
Some links to plug-in vendors:
https://www.dontcrack.com, https://www.plugin-alliance.com, https://www.waves.com, https://www.izotope.comFor starter suites and bundles check out what Waves offers, also plenty of free plug-ins out there, just google around. Would really help though if you could be more specific in your goals/tasks etc.
