    I can’t figure out how to position a picture on a video. I’ve been using pan/crop but that only crops the images not resizes it. Does anybody know how to do this without cropping the image.

    Pan/Crop can do it. Just make the Pan/Crop square LARGER (and the image will get smaller) then you can adjust the position as needed.

    You might also want to look at Track Motion.

    The only thing about making the pan/crop really big is that you can’t do any borders, but thanks it does work.

    Why not? I do.

    Add the “Border” effect to the event. Now on the timeline at the bottom of the border dialog, the word “Border” appears on the left. To the left of that is a small triangle. Click it. Now you should have a border on the resized event.
