  poor video quality?

  Hi,

  I have shoot my footage using a digicam. When i get the footage to my harddrive they are huge, like 2 GB. But inorder to work with them I need to convert them to DV-AVI smaller size file, 250MB. After applying effects when the size from rendering is again huge. Hence I then again convert it smaller size DV-AVI files.

  I am using windows movie maker to do the conversion. Since my film needs to be available over a LAN netwrok. It is be really small size. But my video quality is taking a major beating.

  I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. Need suggestions.
