poor text quality

I simply add a text generated media to the timeline. My text is clear. Perhaps if you elaborate a little further and explain how you’re arriving at this “poor text” and where you’re seeing it.

I USE 360X240-32 ON PREVIEW BUT ON RENDER TO FILE OR DVD BURN
THE OUTCOME IS SOME WHAT FUZZY IT LOOKS LIKE AN OLD 70,S TITLE EFFECT.
