I am using a Pocket Cinema for shooting interviews and I would love to be able to connect my computer screen as a monitor.

But when I connect it through HDMI I get “Out of Range” and it wont work.
On some monitors I get the message “Out of Range: Change to 60Hz”

Has this something to do with my camera that I have bought it in Europe?
My computer monitor is also European.

Any settings I could change to make this work?

What frame rate are you trying to shoot in?

I would like to shoot at 23.97, at 180 shutter angle.

    later in post to be
converted for NTSC to 29.97 for TV.

But basically I am open for other framerates.

What’s most likely to me is that the camera is putting out 48hz and your monitor is unable to recognize that refresh rate. What is the monitor that you are trying to use? I would check the spec to see if it can recognize 48hz.
