    hi folks,

    I want to add a psd ot png into illustrator. Original dimension is 1024×800. In both cases it comes out as 491×384 only. How comes? How to get the right size?

    Try opening the raster in Photoshop and change the resolution to 72 ppi. Make sure you deselect ‘Resample’ when changing the resolution.
