What are you exporting with what specs? What’s the resolution of the PNG? What are your sequence settings?

    Thanks for your response!

    see seq settings screen shot,

    Resolution of PNG: 9933 x 7016

    trying to export to: DNxHD 185x 1080i 50 –

All renders fine except for the PNG and only have a problem after I mess with scaling.

[Rory Appleton] “Resolution of PNG: 9933 x 7016”

Would it be possible to save this file in a lower resolution and use that?

That would be the first thing I’d do – pull it into Photoshop and reduce the resolution, save under a different file name to preserve the original.

If you aren’t doing any moves on it, take it down to the dimensions that will maintain it full screen. Good chance it resolves the problem.

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2015.02 (as of 6/2016)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.

    Hi Rory,

This should be fixed in Premiere version 11.0.2. You may also try switching the renderer to OpenCL if available.
