PluralEyes Licence Problem
Hello,
We were going to move the PluralEyes (v.2.1) from one computer to another using the licence manager (the manual option, after internet de-activation didn’t work). Then we unfortunately initialized our USB stick on the wrong mac – the original instead of the “new” one – and now nothing is working at all. We can’t open the programm on the original mac anymore, it says “Licence has been returned to server”, and there seems to be no way to re-activate it. Has anyone had this problem before? Red Giant support doesn’t help….
