    Hey all,

I am trying to sync, video (with reference audio) from the Canon 5D to externally recorded audio.

I have the newest version of PluralEyes 1.0.9
I am running OSX 10.6.8 on a New MacPro

I export the AAF with the recommended settings on their website.
    Import it back into Avid.
The files move around and look to be in sync, but when I play them back/ look at the waveforms, they are off by a few seconds.

It is coming pretty close but it’s not quite there.

I have tried all combinations of options inside of PluralEyes with no luck.

The sample rate is 48000 for all audio and the format is PCM (MXF)

Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
I think they just released an update, could there be a problem with the latest version?

    Thanks,
    Barrett

Contact Singular Software support. We have another update in the works that may fix this, but we’ll need more information to be sure.

    Hey Bruce,

Thanks for the response. I sent them a message yesterday, with all the files they need. No response yet, I am assuming they are on vacation. Posted here hoping someone could help me sooner.

    Thanks,
    Barrett
