  • PluralEyes extension does nothing when selected

Fresh install of latest Premiere Pro via cc2014, and fresh install of latest PluralEyes 3.5 on brand new 2014 trash can MacPro.

Plural Eyes works as standalone. Premiere works as standalone.

I launched the Adobe Extension Manager, and loaded the PluralEyes Connector extension. It shows up in PP under Windows/PluralEyes3.5

But… it does nothing when I click on it. As far as I can tell, everything is installed correctly, so I’m guessing I’m missing something basic within PP about how to utilize it.

Basically, I have an AE project that has been rendered out with scratch audio wherever people talk. I’m importing the whole render as one footage piece into PP, then trying to send out to PluralEyes to sync all the separately recorded audio files to their scratch counterparts contained in the piece.

I’ve tried a few ways, but I can’t get PE to launch from within PP. I’ve selected all clips, and created a multicam sequence… but whether I select it in the clip bin, select everything in the timeline, etc… nothing happens when I go to windows/pluraleyes3.5

    thx

I just bought Pluraleyes for Premiere CC 2014 and I don’t even see Pluraleyes 3.5 in Windows-Extensions. The “Extensions” button is greyed out. And yes I have installed the recent connector patch from red Giant. VERY frustrating when one is about to start an edit.

My install said it went correctly. It shows up under Windows… but nothing at all happens. I’ve watched all the tutorials I can find, and they all just show it launching pluraleyes automatically at that point.
