Plural Eyes 3.3 on Premiere Pro 2014 freezes
I am in the middle of migrating a documentary to Premiere and trying to test some sequences that need to be synced.
I am using Plural Eyes 3.3 (newly installed) via its connector in Premiere Pro 2014 and to launch it, I bring it via Window/Extensions in Premiere.
After Plural Eyes launches, saves project, exports XML fine and I select the sequence, it begins to do its thing but my Imac Retina 5K shows it as “not responding” (plural eyes)
The sequence is 45 minutes and has prores video files + quicktime audio files to be synced. I have tried with wave files too but same issues.I reached out to Red Giant support today and they said that longer sequences take long time…. but this taking sooo long!
My computer is 4 GHz Ubtek Cire i7 with 24gigs of ram.
Anyone with a solution?
Thank you so much!
