    Hello,

    I just released PhotoMatch v3.
There are several enhancements regarding 1- and 3-point perspective calibrations.
Beside this I added new tools to track markers in animations. This can be used to calculate camera tracking (without changing focal length), object tracking and motion tracking.
Of course this is not a fully featured video tracker, but it works well enough to integrate 3D objects in movies and to do some cool special effects.
The full version is Euro 70, the update from version 2 is Euro 10.
I haven’t had time to write a new docu yet, but I did some workshop movies that should help you to get started.
More infos and the movies can be found here:

PhotoMatch v3 needs C4D v9.1 or v9.5 and runs on Windows 32 Bit, Mac PPC and MacIntel Universal Binary.

    Kind regards,
    Arndt von Koenigsmarck

I’m just starting to investigate Camera tracking software and was wondering how does this compare to Boujou Bullet?

You cannot compare it directly. PhotoMatch has a camera calibration background and works pretty well for stills. The new tracking features are an add on, but cannot replace a feature packed motion/camera tracker software.
It depends on what you lan to do. If you place 3D object in images and if you have to track some simple setups from time to time, PhotoMatch is right for you. For more serious video tracking have a look at Syntheyes, PF Hoe or Boujou.

    Kind regards,
