    Hey everyone,

I posted a few days ago involving an issue I was having with my SV7. It kept freezing at “initializing audio engine” splash screen. So, I reformatted my computer and went to reinstall Vegas. However, as I was installing, I kept getting these error messages over and over (I didn’t copy them all, but they were all generally like this):

Module C:\Program Files\Sony\Shared Plug-Ins\File Formats\MCMP4\mp4plug.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147010895. Contact your support personnel.

I just kept pressing “ignore” and opened SV. When I went to load a project I had been working on, I got this stack dump:

Plug-in: ‘Sony Track Noise Gate’ failed to load. Please make sure the plug-in is properly installed.
Plug-in: ‘Sony Track EQ’ failed to load. Please make sure the plug-in is properly installed.
Plug-in: ‘Sony Track Compressor’ failed to load. Please make sure the plug-in is properly installed.

I am incredibly confused. Please help.

Oh, just to add something else that I forgot, none of the media is working. The music is “offline” as well as ALL of the clips. 🙁 That’s the problem that I forgot to mention, lol.

ETA: Okay, so I just tried opening my project again and the same series of errors happened, except this time, when I closed Sony Vegas, I got this error:

The MSSQL$SONY_MEDIAMGR service does not exist or the current account does not have enough privilege to manage it.
