  Plug-In Question

  Just curious if anyone knows of a plug-in that works similar to a plug-in from the Canopus Storm 2 Card.

  One of the video filters from Canopus was called Old Movie. The main thing about this filter I liked was the ability to blend fields. Also the ablity to darken the borders.

  Are there any Premiere Plug-Ins besides Canopus that do the same thing?
