Please tell me how to create this video overlay effect?
In the beginning of this video there is a overlay, giving an old film like effect. Any information on how this effect is achieved would be helpful.

to me, looks like a colour correct, stock film grain with some sort of blending mode on it, and little subtle things like lens flares and stuff added. I just saw the first 20 seconds of your video. Long dissolves and some film flicker will help.
