Sweet job. My only comment would be to consider blurring the sign slightly. The video compression on your source footage looks a little softer than your sign. The gobo effect is extremely effective and realistic.

Great Job man. I remember the first still you posted. Surprisingly, the motion version is even more impressive. The tracking is dead-on. The shadow interaction on the sign is great. I don’t really see any problems with it at this point.

It looks pretty good. But if I wanted to be picky, the lettering on the signage should be aged. It looks too clean relative to the other signage components.

It’s also stuttery on my computer. I don’t have a very fast bandwidth but I also do not normally see online videos stuttering. What datarate did you use for this video?
