Hi– I’m using Premiere 3.1.1 to edit HVX P2 footage… I’ve put together an hour long timeline of footage, but looking back today, many of the clips have no audio– or rather, the 4 audio clips are there but the waveforms are flat… eventually I figured out that if I went to the originl specific clip, opened it in a source window, and created an in/out point anywhere in it, the sound would automaticaly come back to the clip in the cut timeline footage. This has happened on other, smaller projects in the past and I have just bitten the bullet and made in/out points in every clip, restoring the audio… however, for a project of this size that is just ridiculous. Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, any ideas on how to get past it?
