  • Please help! Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 (not responding)

My Adobe Premiere Elements 3.0 is not responding.
My old computer was a Windows XP. (It worked fine)
    Now I have a Vista.
It says that the sound driver card currently installed soundcard does not support Direct Sound Input. Recording audio is not possible. I click onto my project and all I get is arrows going in a circle. (Not responding)

It is quite possible that your audio hardware isn’t compatible with Vista. Try going to the sound card manufacturer’s website to see if they have Vista drivers.
