April 24, 2007 at 11:36 amEnsure that your external disk keeps the same drive letter as used in the project, or point PP to the files manually. Usually you only need to point it to one file, and PP will find the rest.

April 24, 2007 at 2:31 pmNo…it doesn’t mean they won’t be recoginized across different folders…it just means you’ll have to do manual re-links for each directory.
If the stuff is there, you can get it. Easy does it.
Was there a directory change since the project was last open? (Maybe you gathered the assets from project 1 and sort of “organized them so they’re a folder deeper, or you might have changed the names of some folders?)
Either way…just right click each offline file and go find it and relink it.
