I need to start by saying I am not technical! LOL.
I am transcribing work – the sound man sent me an MP3 file it has two channels the left has sound and the right has a camera analogue timecode. When I input the file to my transcribing software – I can hear the sound ok (I shut down the right channel).
I need to be able to turn the ‘burring’ noise of the analogue channel on the right – from the noise to a visual timecode. Can anyone please help?! XX

Checkout https://www.videotoolshed.com/?page=products&pID=27. They have a demo so you can see if it works.

    People,
Since i’m the developer of this software, I wanted you to know that I’ve just made an update to the transcription program. (Both Win and Mac)
It’s a bit faster now, few bugfixes but most important, improved LTC reading.
So please download the latest version and toy with that.
    (it’s 2.11 now)

I do appreciate feedback, positive and negative.
