Will 8.4.5 run on OSX 10 SNOW LEOPARD?

Can I cut 2K footage with an i7 Sandy Bridge with 32GB of RAM?

The only OS versions that 8.4.5 is supported on are 10.9 and 10.10. it MIGHT work on 10.8.5…But really not any lower
