  Please, advice a monopod

  Hey
  I need a monopod with a fluid head for DSLR filmmaking
  1 strong enough to support heavy lenses (say, Canon 100-400L )
  2 good fluid head with smooth movements
  3 light, easy to transport so I can travel with it (mostly flying)
  Could you recommend monopod?
  I’ve seen many good recommendation for several Manfrotto models but I am not confident that they are strong enough to support heavy lenses
