  Playback use decklink studio 4k + premiere cc 2015 error

  I playback by decklink studio 4k + premiere cc 2015 but it error, playback monitor is blinking and blacked (you can see it below by the link). I use Blackmagic_Desktop_Video_Windows_10.1.4 for decklink studio 4k because only this version is work.
