  playback slowmotion and fastmotion on the SDI out ?

  is there a software somewhere that could do playback of avi made with a blackmagic card with slowmotion and fastmotion that support the SDI output ?

  as a video assist operator I was looking at media express 2 and it covers as is 90% of my need as to log and playback clips and screen shot
  the only missing thing would be slowmotion and fastmotion simulation of clips
