Ahhh…Keith at AJA solved it. I had to launch the very hidden Expansion Slot tool . Set it up for configuration 2, where slot 3 and 4 both have 4x lanes…and then restarted. Worked like a charm.

Yes, BOB, I know you mentioned this…but I thought that the tool didn’t pertain to my machine…it did. I thought it only pertained to 1,1…but nope, does to 2,1 too. Because I couldn’t find the tool…I thought the machine was beyond that. Nope, just VERY well hidden. Stupid.

But thanks AJA. 4 year old machine…tech support is still there, no support contract required. Nice.
