    Playback Hicups

    I’m having trouble on occasion with smooth playback of Canopus Video Effects and video clips with effects applied to them. Hicups appear to be totally random. Doesn’t matter if it’s a 30 minute program or a :30 sec promo. Everything is rendered, etc. Sometimes I can add a video effect with out changing attributes and after rendering it’s ok. Some abstract attempts sometimes work, but I’m interested in what be be the cause and properly addressing the problem.

    Dual Processor Workstation, good video card, 4Gb ram, etc.

    I’ve done the obvious stuff but any thoughts are welcome . . .

    What version of Ppro are you using VideoFX with?

    Sorry for not replying sooner, we are using PPro 2.0 . . .
