    Window tracking, stabilization… ?

    Of course, this screen insert example is just “one” of the very many applications you could use mocha’s planar tracking within Resolve. But note, using corner pin tracked data, you could replace a sky, billboards, set extensions, etc.

    When you export mocha track data, there is also the option to “invert” which will equal a stabilization.

    Now that Resolve 11 has more finishing features and plug-in support, I believe we’ll see more artists pushing the VFX that can be done within there grading suite.
