  Pixellization effect

  I haven’t yet installed R15 so I haven’t seen a list of the built-in FX in Resolve that don’t require Fusion. I’m particularly interested in Pixelization effects to superficially make someone look like a rudimentary 8-bit game sprite. How easy is that in R15 and does it need a 3rd party plug-in to do it or not?
