If i remember correctly with pitch control. i select the audio track, hold in shift and hit the – (minus) key, and my audio file should drop an octive. For some reason this is not working for me. Any ideas, or settings i may need to check?

    Thanx, Carson

Yes, you are doing it right – can you see “-12” on the waveform event?

If not, enable View > Active Take Information (Ctrl/Shift I)

    For the record:
    – or + buttons on their own change pitch a semitone at a time
Ctrl – or Ctrl + changes pitch One Hundredth of a semitone at a time
Shift – or Shift + changes pitch 12 semitones, or one octave.

Make sure you select the audio event first.
