Ok,
I feel stupid asking this, lol. I have a lot of experience with Media Composer, most of it on the old system where everything was sitting in the boat anchor box tethered to the computer and then the Meridian system. Let’s say most of that was a few years back. I’ve been Playing with the new version of the software and I have to say that for the most part ( a few moments of staring at the screen head scratching) it has been just like riding a bike. Once I started everything started tumbling back.
I have a bunch of stills I need to bring in and make a sequence out of. What is the best way to do it? They are JPEG’s and I am just not sure what the best way to handle them is. Back in my prime time on the Avid I worked mostly with Beta and Digibeta and I got everything from the Graphics person as picts sized from the Avid manual. I never really did anything with stills and I know there has to be a way to maintain the size of the still image so I can use it to create motion in the sequence.
Thanks for any help and suggestions you can give an old dog.
BTW I am doing everything in a DV25 sequence
