How do I create a picture in picture effect in Premiere Pro 1.5? (and also 2.0)? I have 1.5 at home and 2.0 at work.

January 26, 2007 at 7:52 pmVery simple…put a video or still background in V1 and your PIP video in V2. Select the clip in V2 and then click on the word Motion in the effects control palette. This will give you a bounding box around the video in the Program monitor…resize and click and drag,

January 30, 2007 at 3:09 pmThere’s also a preset in the effects folder its called PIP, Just drag that effect to the Track you want to use as an inset.
