Pick-Wip one point of a Mask to a Null

i can parent a mask to null ( with coping that to a solid layer and then link to null) but ..
but how i can parent one point of mask to a null?

I used the script that you have mentioned above. It helped me to copy the position keyframes to a single vertex.
Is there way to permanently attach a Null to a single vertex so that if I will move the Null, the vertex will move too?
