    PI WONT LET ME LOAD PARTICLES PLEASE HELP! Version 3.0

    I installed my Particle Illusion on my computer and I only got 15 particles (wtf?!) so i went on their site and downloaded all the free particles, however the particles downloaded are .IEL and when i CTRL+O or File>Open it wont let me load them!! (ses the only files i can load are IL3 or something) am i loading it wrong or is there something wrong??!!HOW DO I LOAD MY PARTICLES?!!
